This group provides a valuable space for caregivers in San Diego to share their experiences, learn practical tips, and find community support.

About the Support Group:
The Alzheimer’s Association Support Groups, led by trained facilitators like Michelle Wile, offer a safe place for caregivers to:
- Develop a support system with people who share the same situation.
- Exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions.
- Discuss problems and ways of coping.
- Share feelings, needs, and concerns.
- Learn about community resources.
